From the top to the bottom, we will look at an overall production budget and what it might include, including looking at show budgets, overhead budgets, staffing and then how to deal with the inevitable change and flux of a season. Where do your numbers come from and how do you establish them? Where do you start? Is it really that detailed? (Yes!) We will find a starting point and know that the only constant is change.
