IATSE & PM Relations

This session will focus on ways to advance shared goals between theatres and IATSE. It will provide insight on the perspective of IA in negotiations and draw back the curtain on a topic that is usually reserved for senior managers. The session will also discuss breaking down the “us versus them” mentality.
