People are at the centre of all of our work in the performing arts, yet it is often the area that we have the least amount of training and we learn by doing or watching others.  This interactive session, delivered by Human Resources expert Jeanne LeSage of LeSage Arts Management, will review topics related to managing people: giving feedback, delegating, unionized environments, management styles and discussion of specific ‘management scenarios’.
