Scheduling a Season: Solving the Jigsaw puzzle

A session exploring the process of how a theatre company chooses and schedules a season, working from the get-go and the planning involved to bring it to fruition. Explore the interplay between elements, departments, and templates. Participants will work together to build a season plan. Please bring a device that can open an excel file.
