As Labour Relations Manager, Eleanor is responsible for the negotiation and interpretation of PACT’s collective agreements. Primary focus is given to the management of effective collective bargaining and implementation of the four collective agreements with CAEA, ADC, PGC and APASQ.
Eleanor graduated from the Production Program at the National Theatre School of Canada in 2008. After graduation, Eleanor worked as the Assistant Production Manager at the Great Canadian Theatre Company in Ottawa until 2011. Eleanor moved to Toronto in 2011 to become Production Manager at Tarragon Theatre and stayed until joining the PACT team in January, 2018.
