Ian is the president of Catalyst TCM Inc. (formerly Christopher Banks & Associates), a nationally recognized agency that represents some of the premiere artists in film, television and the performing arts. Prior to taking over Christopher Banks & Associates in the fall of 2005, Ian spent the previous 15 years as a designer, technical director and production manager in theatre, dance and opera across Canada.
