A Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for standardizing documentation and processes across all projects in an organization. BaAM – a creative experience specializing in the unique requirements of large-scale sports, cultural and entertainment projects – implemented a PMO in 2017.  This session reviews how a company can introduce the concept of a PMO into an existing culture, so that it can positively influence financial health, performance excellence and project team spirit across both large and small projects.
